Thornton Bank Maintenance Services (THBMS)
In October 2019 C-Power nv acquired the company Senvion Benelux BVBA as its subsidiary. The company name was changed to "Thornton Bank Maintenance Services". The company THBMS with approximately 30 employees, works exclusively for C-Power and performs maintenance work for the 54 C-Power wind turbines on the Thornton Bank from its home base in the port of Ostend.
The company, under the name of Senvion Benelux, has been performing maintenance and troubleshooting on the turbines on the Thornton Bank since the very start (end 2008).
Most of the employees are offshore technicians working on the turbines on a daily base, on different disciplines such as electricity, electronics, hydraulics, mechanics, …. Next to that, the technicians are supporting complex repair operations too, such as gearbox or rotor shaft assembly exchanges, including the re-commissioning works.
They are supported by a back-office team who has its home base in the port of Ostend.

The expected yearly production off-taken by Eneco Energy Trade B.V. is about 550 GWh.
Zone B:
The expected yearly production off-taken by Essent Sales Portfolio Management B/V/ is about 450 GWh.
