Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)

C-Power signed a PPA with Eneco Energy Trade B.V. for the 6 Senvion 5M and 24 Senvion 6M wind turbines of the zone A of the concession (South-Western part of the concession).
This PPA is a full off take contract and Eneco Energy Trade B.V. is acting towards Elia as Access Responsibility Party (ARP).
Balancing and nominations are under the responsibility of the Eneco Energy Trade B.V.
The expected yearly production off-taken by Eneco Energy Trade B.V. is about 550-600 GWh. 

C-Power signed a PPA with Essent Sales Portfolio Management B.V. for the 24 Senvion 6M wind turbines in zone B of the concession (North-East part of the concession).
This PPA is a full off take contract and Essent Sales Portfolio Management B.V. is acting towards Elia as Access Responsibility Party (ARP).

Balancing and nominations are under the responsibility of the Essent Sales Portfolio Management B.V.
The expected yearly production off-taken by Essent Sales Portfolio Management B.V. is about 450-500 GWh.
