C-Power has a strong combination of industrial, financial, public, national and international shareholders

	Worldwide operating maritime engineering specialist DEME has been active in the renewables sector for more than a decade, being involved in the installation of many offshore wind farms worldwide and is pioneering in blue energy projects. Nowadays, offshore wind is responsible for 10% of its business activities. DEME’s subsidiaries GeoSea, Tideway and Scaldis can offer integrated solutions for complex projects. Services cover provision of the full balance of plant scope including foundation structures (both for wind turbines and substations), offshore cabling (inter-array and export), landfall and scour protection.
	EDF Energies Nouvelles is a market leader in renewable energy electricity, with a portfolio of more than 9,5 GW gross installed capacity focused for the most part on wind (onshore and offshore) and solar photovoltaic energy. EDF Energies Nouvelles is a subsidiary of the EDF Group dedicated to renewable energy.
	RWE Renewables, is one of the world's leading renewable energy companies. The company has onshore and offshore wind farms, photovoltaic plants and battery storage facilities with a combined capacity of approximately 9 gigawatts. RWE Renewables is driving the expansion of renewable energy in more than 15 countries on four continents.
	Marguerite is established in 2010 with offices in Luxembourg and Paris, Marguerite is an alternative investment fund manager licensed in Luxembourg. Its team of more than 20 investment professionals is dedicated to business development, origination, transaction execution and asset management of portfolio companies in the infrastructure sector. Marguerite is independently owned by its partners and managing/advising three investment platforms: Marguerite I, launched in 2010 with the backing of six of Europe’s leading public financial institutions to make capital-intensive infrastructure investments, mainly in Renewables, Energy and Infrastructure Marguerite II, launched in 2017 as the successor of Marguerite I with Caisse des Dépôts et consignations, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, European Investment Bank, Instituto de Crédito Oficial, KfW and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego as its investors Marguerite Pantheon, a vehicle owned by Pantheon Venture funds The investment in C-Power is made by Marguerite Pantheon SCSp who became a shareholder of C-Power in 2017 after the transfer of the initial investment by Marguerite I in 2011.

	Environmental holding company of the Walloon Investment Company S.R.I.W Specialists in financing and developing environmental and utility projects
	Z-Kracht is an investment company, designated to invest in offshore wind farms such as C-Power and Rentel. The shareholders of Z-Kracht are Efin NV, Fineg NV, Creadiv NV and Nuhma NV, enclosing in total 96 Belgian municipalities. Nuhma is an investment company owned by 44 municipalities from the Belgian province Limburg. The core task of Nuhma is to invest in renewable energy and smart services.
	De Vlaamse Energieholding (VEH) has interests in the gas and electricity sector. This holding participates via it subsidiary Publigas in, among others, Fluxys (the independent operator of the transport and storage infrastructure for natural gas in Belgium) and Elia (the Belgian operator of the high-voltage grid from 30.000 to 380.000 volts). De Vlaamse Energieholding is in the hands of a series of finance holding companies and municipalities.

Our team

During the operational phase, which started in 2009 and which will last till at least 2034, C-Power, together with its main partners Senvion, CMI and Geosea Maintenance, ensures an employment of approximately 100 FTE’s.
